Monthly plans

Billed automatically each month on your signup date. Cancel anytime, no fee — just let us know before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Your membership stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for, then ends cleanly.

Annual plans

Annual pricing is paid upfront and is non-refundable, except in cases where we fail to deliver the service level guaranteed by your tier. We stand behind our guarantees — if we fall short, tell us and we'll make it right.

Cancelling your membership

Email or WhatsApp us at least 3 days before your next billing date and we'll cancel before you're charged again. Any unused visits or rolled-over labor hours are tied to an active membership and aren't paid out or transferred upon cancellation.
